Bawsz claiming i have changed my password during a custom account

Just somting els if he made the account,. and made in member? he got payment code + its made on his i.p.... so he can easy get it back whit ticked... our he mabey only wanna have refund + a free 60-70-60 acc... what we did alreddy then he change pass .... or one of us is a bitch and changed pass.. but that shouldnt mather he could easy get his account back right??? or am i wrong. if some one got hacked he can get his account back because owneR? + we can just contineu service if he dont wanna accept what i offer to him?

 

The thing is, he made the payment for membership, and then it immediately went to a different IP for the next month.

Jagex will look at that and just laugh, since it'll be rather obvious it wasn't hacked.

He can try to submit a ticket though, and see the outcomes of it before any further action is taken on our forums

I'm afraid you cannot get both, it's either or in this case. You are entitled to a refund of the initial $200 or an account created freshly by @BawsZ and not yourself (you are not allowed to know the account info until completion, only the email address you would like the account to be signed in with of which you will provide to @BawsZ to create the account with) with the stats agreed at the beginning.

 

Please let us know your decision ASAP.

Can you try to recover it aswell??because just a weird situation...because mabey you just cahnged pass and now we need to remake another so you get a free acc + an new one or refund? so mabey first try to recover it ... dont know dude but this all weird... i dont say you lie but its possible

i can do this if some one tells me how to bypass the registered email, and actually get an appeal in. 

 

i wont try to do anything until i get instruction from a mod to do so.

Mikasa told you can try it .... if you read up.

Why  you dont wanna do anything till a mod say to do ?? really weird ... if we just can help each other and not waiting on mods all time will be much faster... why need wait on mod to try to recover it ? if you didnt change anything you could atleast try it now.

You could always try create another account and submit an appeal from that account, as for the success/possibility of them considering the application it's next to nothing but trying is never a bad thing. Can we please also be clear on the agreement that is to follow so we can get this dispute settled.

 

Once the agreement is arranged please post the following details:

  • There will be no charge backs by either member of @BawsZ's service or this will be escalated and may lead to a permanent suspension.

ill try making a new account and posting on the runescape forums and ill look through a couple of the customer support tabs, if anyone has had to go through this kind of thing before and knows where to post / a better way to recover the account please let me know.

This won't be possible due to the fact that a link to reset the password is sent to the "Registered email" which no-one is claiming to have, we did suggest that he could try make an appeal off another account but this is 90% likely to fail as they don't deal with requests for other accounts unless it's the account in questions email it's being sent from.

 

He also can't submit a ticket as he would need the password to check the status of his appeal, therefore we will need to proceed with the refund process to avoid disappointments.

 

Thank you for your cooperation, we hope you can come to a reasonable agreement.
