Go into your client area, you will have an invoice.

Do you have any open invoices? Perhaps try to hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) the store before purchasing VIP, maybe this will resolve your issue.

Go under invoices, not purchases.

Your VIP was supposed to be renewed on May 25th. 

 

Do you have enough funds in your PayPal in order to purchase VIP? It has not been paid on your end which is why you don't have it right now and cannot renew it.

Go to your Client Area -> Invoices. You should be able to pay the one available for V.I.P
