How would i go about getting the rotation of my minimap? 

 

You mean camera angle? That's the only thing that changes as you rotate.

Is this 07 if so I do not think it can be rotated. 

client.getCameraPitchAngle?

ya the angle

client.getCameraAngle() <--- Returns camera angle
client.rotateCameraAngle(int x); <-- Sets angle
client.getCameraPitchAngle() <-- returns pitch angle
