All the current staff are allowed to participate at free will in the market if they want. Arctic doesn't ask for permission. I mean occasionally they will ask me if its questionable, but most of the time I tell them not to worry about it. We have a report button if you see spam/flame hit it and send the report. We can't read each topic 1 by one with this many threads being created.
