I can only see 1 pip per person, Dex says the issues lies with the default settings used when creating a new rank

I think showing only the "highest" donator pip is aight, not all of them. And there gonna be issues trying to set you in 3 to 7 or 8 different group

what does PiP  stand for

It stands for Picture in Picture, I believe.

 

It's a simple settings edit in the ACP but only administrators have the permission to access that part of the ACP so you'll have to wait for @Maldesto to fix it.
