I would feel Mod Rian is more believable. He is part of the payment management team so I would think his research would have been more reliable.

In addition, I posted this dispute on the 14th of May. The code being redeemed on the 15th is thus impossible.

He could've made a mistake or maybe it's because of the timezone. Anyhow, please let us know when/if you receive more information from them.

It's definitely possible, I emailed them this morning asking for the username and ip of the user who redeemed it. Hopefully they can provide us with this information.

Considering I got asked for the pictures for further investigation on what happened to the code why don't you link them on this thread? By the way you really think an employee of Jagex is going to give out an IP of who used one of their game cards, I doubt it.

This scum obviously decided that he would use the code on his account and get some gp at the same time, this is why I hate going first to people unless they are really trusted, it's been what like 5 days since I've had the membership to be able to log into OSRS.

Since there is no solid evidence coming from both parties I will leave this up to @Maldesto to have the final say in this.

I agree, I think no justified outcome will result from this so it is probably best to allow Maldesto to have the final say.
