How do you achieve ranks such as the scholar rank and veteran rank and other ranks like these ones (not V.I.P and Staff/Developer sort of ones)

Veteran = time thing.

Scholar = must be proven to be good at advanced maths & programming i think

Vet's more than time. The person has to represent the community well and be loyal on top of being there a long time.
