Abuse Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 (edited) I've just finished designing a UI for a rather high traffic site, I'd like to hear some opinions on it before I start cutting it out into a live website (Please c:) http://i4.minus.com/iblQScmsUrniaZ.jpg Regards Edited May 11, 2014 by Abuse
Alek Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 It's worth nothing if you can't code it (I've seen tons of good mockups that fail on execution due to programming). Everything is good except for: 1. The mid button "Servers" looks out of place. 2. Colon for the lists in the sidebars 3. Lack of a footer Otherwise it's very nice looking
Abuse Posted May 11, 2014 Author Posted May 11, 2014 Alek, everything starts with a .PSD, thats why i'm asking for opinions before I start cutting it out into css/html 1 - Thanks for your feedback, i'll see what I can do about it 2- Same as above 3. Footer will be added once I start cutting it out, some basic 40px high box will be sufficient Thanks for your feedback!
YinZ Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 I have to agree. In terms of design we're in a minimalist era.
Kinetic Posted May 11, 2014 Posted May 11, 2014 Reminds me of those 2006 gaming websites I used to go on "when" I was a kid.
