Whether the feedback is for bonds or trading large quantities of money, point is, he has a vast ammount of feedback deeming him a trustworthy and legitimate trader.

I'm presuming everyone who is attacking him is obviously jealous to some degree?

    People giving you a feedback for reasons like 'i done trades with him ages ago he's legit' even though that user left you a feedback 'ages ago' for that trade.
