Dear OSBOT Support,

I had Sponsor's rank. Today I decided to donate $100 to OSBOT and my Sponsor rank disappeared. The worst thing about that is that my thread's bumping time went up to 5 hours. If this is a bug, can you fix it? If this is not a bug, I would like to get my Sponsor's rank back. I thought Sponsor and Donations are separate things.

It must have been a bug when you purchased $100 donator it went over your sponsor rank.

 

Wait and contact a super moderator or @Maldesto, and they will get your sponsor rank back.
