Refund dispute

explanation: ok so, this guy just disputed me asking for a refund on it saying my vps's were flagged. we tested an account on it for 30 minutes, the account didnt go on any bot world, nothing happens, dispute got archived end of story no refund was given.

hes on skype again asking me for a refund after just losing the dispute that he created for the refund.

i dont understand why i have to give him a refund straight up. i dont know if i should be bringing this up but last time i had a guy dispute me for a refund, he lost it because he got what he paid for and i didnt have to refund him, so do i have to refund this guy that just lost his dispute as well?

thanks

You'll be required to refund the user only for the cost of the service, not for the accounts that have been banned.

Thank you.

may i ask why? i delivered him the vps and confirmed they are not flagged.

The user was unhappy with your product only a day after purchase, and nothing on your service thread states that no refunds will be given after purchasing the product you are offering.

Thank you.

so your claiming hes entitled to a refund because my service thread dosn't state no refunds?

No, you're required to refund the user because he only used one out of the two VPS's as confirmed by @Arctic, was unhappy with the product he purchased, and used it for less than 24 hours.

Thank you.

please have maldesto have a look at this, i would prefer to not refund until he has reviewed both disputes and tells us a proper solution, because i feel that this is an unfair decision since i have completed my side of the trade with no issues. so i really shouldnt have to be taking a free loss here just because someone didnt like what he got. its not like it doesnt have the specs i have stated, or that the ip is flagged (already proven in previous dispute). Please if you can, have maldesto take a final look at this thanks

I completely understand & agree.

We will forward this to him for further review. happy.png

Refund isn't necessary, no need to go into details, but you provided a fully functioning product, the user wasn't happy, there was no refund clause in your agreement. No refund will be given just because the user isn't happy with the product, especially since it is exactly what you claimed it would be. Dispute closed.

It seems he ordered and paid for 2 VPS? You only provided one, you need to refund him for the 2nd one you never gave him.

You have 36 hours to refund him for 1 vps that you never gave him. He doesn't want the VPS as you didn't deliver in the time frame you were supposed to, so he will be needing a full refund.

there was no given time frame, i have it sitting here with me and i was going to give it to him until yesterday he opened a dispute against me, so i thought if i lose the dispute im gonna have to refund anyway, after that dispute closed, i gave the vps to arctic as a middleman

So you didn't give him it because you thought you were going to have to refund, he never received it, you need to refund him for the vps not given.

I apologize for my actions earlier, it was hard to articulate my response over my mobile device and made a mistake.

Please let us know when you've refunded the user with confirmation from him.
