Explanation:

1st- I was never given the chance to speak for myself throughout this dispute.

2nd-no where did i say it will be done in 2 days

3rd- after telling the user that it is gonna take more time he said i could have more time but not alot

4th- i was but in TWC without me being able to explain myself or provide any proof

i put my time in this dispute, i know the mod team is very busy and this is 

a lengthy dispute to go through but it would be very much appreciated. 

After reviewing the evidence, there's nothing you have that's any different from what we've seen before.

 

The decision stands unless @Maldesto says otherwise.

Never throw staffs name into a dispute because you didn't agree with their decision. Always pm me about a staffs decision if you have one..

 

 

He didn't agree to your t.o.s, because he didn't post in your thread you posted in his. Which can be found here  http://osbot.org/forum/topic/48230-requesting-full-void/

 

 

 

You posted in his thread that you could have it done by the end of the weekend, so that is the deal and that is why he added you to skype. You made the deal over a thread posted by him and you replied giving him your terms. You mentioned no T.o.s, so he was never given one or agreed to it. Just because you have service thread doesn't mean he read it or replied to it. He isn't agreeing to your t.o.s anywhere. 

 

 

 

It doesn't seem like you were trying to scam, you just are really bad at services and won't be allowed to have a service shop on our OSBot anymore.
