what is the ban rate on fletching atm, im looking to get 99 and id like to know whether botting it would be a good idea or is it insta ban?

You can most certainly bot it, I would just recommend you don't bot ridiculous hours (more than 4) at a time and when doing so utilize the built in Break Handler with a good offset between each break.

true, my connection wont let me bot for more than 3 anyway, thanks for the replys, which banks would be less likely of a ban?

Stay away from pest control whatever you do, any bank will do just fine but personally castle wars is my favourite and I get solid 9+ hours bot time with no breaks there ^_^ but as I said just manage it carefully.
