So my girlfriend and I have been dating for 5 years were both 21 and going to the same college and living together.  Shes majoring in Psychology and i'm majoring in Education. She went to a conference with some friends ( both guys and girls)  While there this piece of shit that she became friends with (who i knew had a crush on her) tried to lay on top of her and kiss her.  She pushed him off and her friends told him to stay away form her.  I'm seriously going to kick the living fuck out of him if i ever see him.  

Have her call the cops. I blame her 100%, she should have never let it get that close. Obviously putting herself in the situation made it happen. I had a girl at my school that got "kissed" and she said she didn't want it, if you are that close and in that environment, you want it or you don't care if it happens.

Knowing he had a crush on her and she is your girlfriend, why would she put herself into that situation. You should probably talk to her about this.
