If you do, how often do people order and then actually don't have money?

 

Also I just orderd something and it's pouring, and I have like the longest way from the driveway to my doorstep ^_^

i help out on deliveries somet times, had a guy not have the cash once but just told him to call the hotel and he can pay using card over the phone

No I paid him, but he was super late and I didn't tip him .

I once ordered a pizza and the guy wouldn't accept my bank card because it was one of those new cards banks give you. It was named out to 'preferred customer' or something like that. The woman said my name on my license isn't 'preferred customer', so she couldn't accept it. Pizza was $20 something and I was scruffling through my pants' pocket looking for some money. I managed to find almost 20 singles and paid the rest (about $5 or so) with spare change. Luckily, the woman was nice and patient.

If they don't have money they don't get the food.

The delivery boy doesn't lose any money he simply takes it back to the business place.

He loses out on money for gas?
