Well basically I'm applying for both, My best work can be seen here, http://gyazo.com/61a6e86dc1e491b5e1d6d102ca4dd178 as you can CLEARLY see I am already a script developer but my rank went away after I took that gyazo. Weird.

@OP I think you're high, on the gyazo your name is red so shouldn't you be an administrator?
