So i didn't know where to post this but how many Mb/h do you think Osbot uses when botting? would be a big help to help calculate my internet usuage. I know Normal runescape uses like a 0.89mb/h but i have no clue with scripts running. And i'm using 1 bot only.

I honestly have no clue about your first question, I've never bothered looking into that, so hopefully someone could help you on that part.

 

For your second question, you need to purchase VIP in order to change your name, and you get 3 name changed per month.

I have a 30kb/sec speed but i kind of never lag or few lagspikes

if you dont have unlimited internet, dont take the risk and leave bots running.
You could get a huge internet bill.

Better get unlimited internet.

Or limited internet which runs with a few kp/s after the amount you have free is used.
