I called them just a few minutes ago and could not understand this guy..

 

He spoke soo fast and he couldn't speak English well at all. Why do they hire people like this??

Considering their members of an oligopoly, and are one of the big four in that industry, I highly doubt they give a flying fuck about whether 100% of their staff can speak English or not.

Ask them to come to your house. Their technicians know their shit 

scumbag liers they charged me twice in the same month for my bill then turned me into a collection agency.... Even though i paid my bill

I have none with AT&T but once with comcast the customer service was some black guy who sounded very homosexual and when I asked for his name he said "La Wonderful" 

 

It was a weird day for me.
