Details: he needed a torso done, once i started the service i tried and tried but no one wanted to invite that account to a game because of his level so i canceled service

You cancelled the service after wasting 20 minutes of his time. Also, you do not explicitly state in your T.O.S that you can cancel the service at any time. As such, the feedback is valid.
