2) If I deem you trusted, I will pay another member for a bond and have them give it to you. 

 

3) After TWO weeks I will contact you to pay me. You have 24 hours to respond and must pay me promptly.

  --> For every BOND you are LOANED, you will return 4 MILLION OSRS GP to me within TWO weeks from the date you receive the BOND.
  --> If you do not return the loan within TWO weeks, you WILL get a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK and possibly the Trade With Caution Pip or BANNED!
  --> You will leave positive feedback after the loan is repaid.

BUT WHAT IF MY RS ACCOUNT GETS BANNED?

Bans do happen and it is a risk you will have to take. 
In most cases I will loan another account to you and you can use that account to make enough gp to pay off both accounts. 
The best advise I can give is to bot things that are low ban rate.

I can already tell that many people are going to take a bond off you and not repay you in return, thus causing numerous disputes that we will soon have to deal with. It's not worth it in my opinion.

- I will not post a dispute, just a negative feedback saying "DO NOT TRADE THIS USER"

I genuinely see no point for this. I feel like I'm watching a TV advertisement which I'll never use/buy and is a unnecessary product/service. Regardless of their feedback people will scam you even for a bond, and most likely it'll be disputed just like @Nick said.

Rule changed, we apologise but this will cause a lot of problems if not avoided.
