I'm a LoL player who started to play like 3 years ago, I've never played ranked before season 3. I've played over 3000 games and i'm good but when i'm playing solo queue ranked games, There's always troll or negative people so i can't get out of Silver III ( I was Bronze 5 at the start )

 

I'd like to know if someone can carry me out of Silv and help me to reach gold or much more ? tell me if someone is interested :)
