Got exactly the same problem, when I try to purchase a script I get this paypal error too, even when my balance is enough..

Please somebody, help us?

I believe this may be an issue with using Paypal balance, hopefully @Maldesto can provide more insight.

This is a problem with paypal, not OSBot. Contact them, post another thread if they tell you its on us(which it isn't).
