The product doesn't work. Hence, why there's currently multiple disputes on you and your proxies.

It works, users don't know how to get it to apply to a .jar file. 

& not to argue you smart, but unhappiness shouldn't = refund in any situation if the product works.

 

I wasn't referring to any situation, I was referring to this one. Unhappiness roots from you failing to provide a method to make the proxies work. This is why so many users have opened up cases under your name, if you fail to produce a way to make the proxies work for your customers they will need to receive a refund within 24 hours, if you have any other questions please let me know.

The test came out just as how I expected. 2 accounts banned using another bot whilst using proxies, 2 accounts fine running on osbot whilst using the 'proxy'. The 2 accounts using osbot were just fine, which is quite odd... isnt it? The other 2 accounts were banned in 24hrs.

Smoke, although that code works for osbot, it doesn't work for your proxies, due to the fact that yours require a username / password each time they're connected to.

Due to this, you need an external software to get this to work, which falls under the false advertisement issue.

Also, a user, @DarkRiderZ bought a proxy from you, which he had accessed our forums from 1 time, which was 2 days after the purchase. He is now IP banned, so the proxy was banned from our site.

Yesterday, @LTS bought a proxy from you, and he tried to access the forums from your proxy, and he couldn't due to the fact that the proxy was banned from our website, because it's the same one darkriderz was using.

So, since you claim that they're not unflagged now, are they also not private as well?

It's clearly evident that they have been falsely advertised and do not work with OSBot.

 

@Smoke420 has 12 hours to start refunding users who have opened disputes or else he will be banned.

i'm not using osbot to promote other sites, that's a lil far fetched.

to setup on osbot. I just edited my site so that users wouldn't incorrectly add the proxy.

They can use another service to get your proxies to work? Unless you provide the users with an explanation on how to use the proxies you will need to refund them considering a majority of your customers are unhappy with the services you've provided.
