I have this on but i need i think like -65 magic attack idk how to get that :/

Use green d hide vambraces or up. (Leather wont give you less magic attack bonus).

If you are doing this for splashing then you may aswell just alch/superheat

avas might give negative range bonus, not sure though

If you're wealthy , Berserker necklace , if not.

full metal gear (iron or up)
