  3. 15 air squats

for 25-30 rounds. Beginners can obviously decrease the amount of reps to something along the lines of 3, 6, 9 (respectively) and hardcore workout freaks can bump it up to a higher amount.

 

I did this the other day and it's safe to say it's one of the hardest cardio based workouts I've ever done.

You just gotta keep going with it! I found watching bodybuilding videos on YouTube helps, as well as going to the gym on a regular basis with friends.

Soo 1-3 equals one round? im assuming and you u have to do 25 rounds a day? or within an hour?

This is similar to my current workout 

 

I do this Monday/Wednesday/Friday in order to avoid my high heart rate training days

5 pull ups

15 hanging leg raises

12 kettlebell presses each arm while laying on a yoga ball

20 squats with dumbells

I'm aiming to get my time for 10 rounds under 30 mins, today I did my best yet 42:38

I'd need to buy a cheap pull-up bar to my home and insert in a roof of the door. happy.png

Crossfit is an anagram of "fosscrit" which is spanish for "aids". Coincidence? i think not.
