This suggestion is purely based of any PK help bot that predicts hits, Is it possible to make an option on the client that turns RS3 Fkeys on?

07 already has f keys.

 

Different from RS3, Esc for inv and F6 for mage is a lot more infuriating than F1 to F4

I think he's talking about hit keys/shortcuts/key shortcuts. Basically, instead of clicking on your inventory tab, you press a button and that tab opens instead of having you waste your time clicking it.
