What is the best place to alch without randoms that you cant get lured out of like pc?

I normally alch in the duel arena at the top overlooking the duelling arena's. Unsure if it is 0 randoms however

I alched all my mage lvls at pc and never got lured, worked great there

Alot of people do it at Duel Arena world 1
