Explanation: I had purchased a service from Amazon for two accounts to be prepared for balloon law makers. During the process my accounts were banned, and I did mention before the service, "What if my accounts banned during the service", Proof:1, This was a group chat, and I was added into it, along with Amazon's worker, and the worker replied to it as "Your account should not get banned, I don't bot on my orders unless it is for high level skills then I will while I am away.". I asked every question I had regarding the issues that would arise in this Group Chat, and his worked answered majority of them, since his worker was part of Amazon's service, I agreed. I had given him the GP, and now he refuses to refund and for the lost accounts, he won't give me anything in return. This is clearly unfair, and Amazon's service did say that it will not get banned.  If anything is not clear enough please let me know.

Evidence: I'm not entirely sure what evidence to put on here, let me know what is required and I will do so.

We said it should not receive a ban I Am not refunding this user.  It goes against the global tos and against my morals to refund for something we were told we could bot. Ban me if you wish but I will not refund this user.
