Explanation: I wanted him to level my account and complete quests, so we were talking yesterday everything confirmed came on this morning and he asked me to come on a world for the GP, I gave the GP, and he also mentions that he had received the money, straight afterwards no response from him, been trying to contact him and still no response, maybe he didn't scam but why would someone not reply after getting GP.

You need to view the users profile and make sure its the actual skype address he uses, so right click his name and view profile and post a picture.

I have received the money.  I am going to be working on his account.  My workers complete the orders I am waiting for him to come on.  I had to go to class I did not think there was anything more to discuss.

This dispute can be closed, he has responded, and he was in Class, hence the no response.
