Explanation:

Paid 7.5m joining fee for his service. He said 5m was refundable if I decided to leave. I got 1/3 of an order the whole time I was there. So I told him I wanted to leave and get a refund and he says he doesn't have the money. I wait weeks and he never replies to me. He's also inactive on forums now so he's done a runner

I did, but it was a corrupt image at the time, so I didn't see it...

Mila has logged on since the dispute & has viewed the thread, so now we wait.

The user logged in and reviewed this thread and failed to respond. I have ip banned the user. IF he responds to you via skype or whichever contact method you are using. Let us know if he pays back, we will unban his ip and allow him to post an appeal.
