Explanation: This was partly the reason why I left osbot for awhile and I never made a dispute or anything yet because I've been investigating. I AM NOT SAYING THAT DIVICA IS A SCAMMER! BUT I BELIEVE THE WORKER SHOULD BE BANNED/REFUND ME FOR THE SCAMMING OF 50M.

Divica says I've been "Pm Trapped" which I never heard of. Yes, I was scammed by an imposter which I then realized after. A person named Shockers on skype (his skype name - jaggeman2) said he wanted to exchange gold, I wanted to use divica for mm but realized that another person changed their name into the one exactly like divica because I only had 1 person in my contacts that's divica..

Evidence:

I usually go through all transactions with divica such as the pms on Advertising other bots isn't allowed.. Divica confirms in her thread that the user, DivicaBen can confirm pms. It also shows the same thing on Advertising other bots isn't allowed. as well.

After seeing this, I was like okay I guess it's fine since Divica confirmed it and is her worker.

Then, I decided to talk to Divica.

Says they got hacked but it wasnt their fault? This is the reason WHY I LOST 50m!..

The worker should be banned immediately and I should get a some kind of refund for their problems of getting hacked...

What? This is a simple pm trap and no fault of Ben at all, that guy 'microbenq' added us and asked for a pm and linked trustmybet's t**bot account, so ben pm'ed him. That guy would also be the imposter of me who is in the mm group chat where Trustmybet requested the pm. Trustmybet failed to look at the pm to see that it wasn't his Skype who requested the pm and traded the imposter, Ben did his job correctly, he pm'ed someone who requested it.

and just to confirm his account didn't get hacked.

The skype name 'Jaggeman2' is a WELL KNOWN impostor - who know doubt has been scamming people using this method for a long time. I'm sorry you got scammed because you didn't check your PM to see if it even matched your skype chat - the fact you where scammed due to your OWN negligence isn't our fault. What is the point of requesting a personal message from someone if you aren't going to check it?.. I'll answer that for you - there isn't one...

Normally in these "PM trap" situations, both parties would be at fault and I would request that @Divica compensate @Trustmybet with at least 50% of the gold amount, but due to the circumstances, this isn't an option.

@Trustmybet, it is because you didn't check the screenshot @DivicaBen sent to your account that you were scammed. If you had only opened it up and checked the conversation details, this could have been avoided completely.

I would personally say there is nothing we can do and close this dispute, but I'm going to confirm with my colleagues that this is the best route to take.

Yes I did read the rest of the reply and thank you for understanding, but the first sentence of what you said is completely unfair.

It would be no fault of ours AT ALL.

This is one of the oldest / most used scams in the book. I would hope you guys would have standard protocols to follow before completing a trade, such as confirming the user is who he says he is. Whether it be by checking up with the user's skype making sure they match up, or by having a better way of confirming. (e.g Hello I am *name here* confirming that I am speaking with *skype name here*) Trustmybet would have immediately noticed that you were speaking with a skype named something completely different than his own.
