Regarding the latest Java Update & Functionality with OSbot

Please refrain from updating your Java to Java 8.

OSbot does not currently support this version of Java. If you do update to Java 8 and attempt to run the client, you may be subject to this error;

You may also get 'connecting to remote server', which will not work with Java 8

If you have already installed Java 8, do not worry, you can easily uninstall via 'Control Panel' and 'Programs': Uninstall a program and selecting your 'Java' version from the list.

Once you have uninstalled Java. Download this version; http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre7-downloads-1880261.html

Select your operating system from the list, and reload the client once the download is finished.

This should fix your issue smile.png

Here's how to do it for Mac OS X - worked for me - :)

1. Open Finder

2. Hit Command, Shift, G (all at the same time)

3. Copy and paste "Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/" and search.

4. It should have a folder "Java 1.8.0" or something like that. Delete it.

5. Hit Command, Shift, G (once again all at the same time)

6. Copy and paste "/Library/Internet Plug-ins/" and search.

7. Delete the file JavaAppletPlugin.plugin

8. Go to "http://www.oracle.co...ds-1880260.html" and download/install Java 1.7.51

I don't know if this is the right place to write. However, whenever i have a small disconnect from the runescape server, and this "Connection lost- please wait" shows, i get back in the game a few seconds after. However, the client goes into the "login" phase, but i am already logged in and playing so the bot just stops working. If i hit the pause, it will continue botting, but without any random event solver etc.

Can this be fixed?
