Pfft, I reported my mate everyday whilst he was suicide botting, I even said I was botting on his appeals... he didn't get permed

I think the report button is just to make kids who use it feel better about themselves. I honestly think it hold no real power, becasue for one, how many times a day do you think some whiny butt-hurt kid reports someone for some BS reason. If it actually held power, think you could report someone for pissing you off, and they would be held responsible, yet it doesn't work that way, or really not at all.

 

I really just feel it's there to give people a sense of security, though in reality it is just a false sense; becasue I have been reported 10+ times on my account, and haven't had one ban.

Jagex look into alot of reports, I always get muted after trolling (not sure if its the system or the player)

Dude they can't even see your RSN when they read a report don't worry about it chill bro

Most of jagex reports are not directly seen by Jagex staff

 

• Report for macroing helps Jagex know major bot spots by creates a heat map of the where most reports come from
• Offensive language and many chat related reports go through automatic detection, if nothing is detected it's then sent to Jagex to see directly
