How long should I be botting a day

Featured Replies

I'm using Ande's Chopper @ Yews for like 6-7 hours a day. Is that bad or? If I were to do it for 10+ how much breaks should I take?

I can do 10-11 hours a day at magics. No breaks.

When I bot, I try not to exceed 12 hours a day. For woodcutting I wouldn't do intervals longer than 5 hours and I'd use about a 2 hour break in between.

I generally let the break system stay at the default settings and I make sure not to bot longer than a 24 hour period before taking a 12-24 hour break (botting another account while on break for this account)

Nothing has happened to me but a transfer to worlds 385/386.

I do four hour intervals with 15 minute breaks. Longest botting session I've done is 14 hours.

I'd say it depends on whether you do any PvM or quest regularly.

I have a quest cape and I do PvM fairly often and I find that when I bot I'm 100% sure I'm safe. I always bot over night or while I'm at college and I've never had a warning/ban in over 8 years of playing.  And that is mostly botting 10+ hours a day.

If you act more human-like as opposed to training all the time, I'd say it would increase the likely hood of you being able to bot for longer periods of time without threat of detection.
