Explanation: I ordered gfx from Astrola a while ago, because everyone was saying he was great. So i asked him if he could make me a thread layout and a signature. he said $15. ok $15 not bad, but from what I heard, astrola does not edit your thread layouts once he has finished it, so we made an agreement. i told him i would double it if he were able to make some quick edits and and add names and stuff and change stuff if i didn't like it. (applied to both signature and thread layout) so it's been quite a while now that i have been asking him to make some changes with my thread layout regarding my T.o.S and prices. because the prices on there are not the prices our services do, and really i'm not sure where he got those prices from. and he has been saying he's too busy, but he is playing poker on his site (idk if i can mention the site on here). so he's not actually busy. so he is not doing what he said he would and to be quite honest he waiting until the last minute to do the gfx and did a poor job.

 

He also used the smokey background thing that is currently on my thread layout on Crazy's thread layout.

I can confirm this as well. I've been asking Astrola multiple times to change my service tos many times and he ignores me or has an excuse. I paid extra for him to change as well. Yet, he never does.

As it appears he did agree to your Terms Of Service, he is required to make the changes right away in an efficient time period.

 

He has 48 hours from this point on to either make the required changes or provide a refund.

You are required to edit his graphics whenever he asks you too.

You seem to be continuously delaying it to the point where you are not following his terms of service.

You can either refund the money he paid if you cannot provide the efficient customer service you promised, or finish up what you started with him in a timely manner.

All I want, Astrola is a thread layout to the best of your ability what I paid for, and that if I need something added or edited you can do it for me without the rush.

Adding a tos is not editing the thread layout.

That is a completely new file But Im alright with doing it if it solves this dispute.

A T.O.S is a crucial item within a thread layout so it should be included by default.

Please let me know when you've added it to the thread layout and given it to the user so I can proceed to close the dispute.
