Explanation: I was about to buy gold from him, but my PayPal glitched so could not send. I then refunded the full amount, and now he states that I havent refunded altho I indeed have.

Explanation: "Knas" or more formerly known as pengar or even as GoldCoinsNow, is a vader and just scammed me 30m 07. He switched up his skype name to goldfarmin. I sent him request to add me but he won't because of how he just scammed me. Anyways, I contact him via his old skype since I didn't know he made a new one, he tells me he'll buy my 07 Gold, 30m to be exact. We agree to 2.7$ per m so that'd be 81$ USD. We meet in Lumbridge and trade and I give him money. He refused to go first since he says he's more trusted than I am. I agreed since I had bought proxies off this guy previously. We went through trade and gave him 30m as you can see below. I then waited 15 minutes for him to send paypal over. He then said his paypal was acting funny and that he would refund. I meet him at lumby again and he declines 2nd trade window as you can see below. He then starts to say I accepted and that I am requesting double refund. He knows he's in trouble so is trying to back out. If you need more proof of anything, let me know. Please do this guy some justice. And if he says this isn't his skype, in his "scam" report on me, you can clearly see that these skypes match up and that this truly is 2 previous banned users on other sites. The feedback he left me awhile ago for proxies make sense with the skype convos. Thanks Jordan.

And for the accepted trade offer after I gave him the 30m, you can just use his picture of where he has for accepted trade. 

Knas has 24 hours to refund 30m.

Just to add to this, I went first on a trade with him on Thursday evening, I bought 2 proxies from him, he said it'd take 12-24 hours for them to be authenticated to my IP.

It's been almost 48 (I thought he had originally said 48 hours, so waited until now to look back into Skype logs), and they're still not working.

I'll post Skype logs if needed.

I'm finding it kind of strange how the private messages on Runescape differ in the pictures of the trade where you are supposed to be refunding the user. I am going to wait on the OP to confirm that he has been refunded just as a safety precaution.

I have not been refunded. He keeps using same pictures of me giving him the money first. And then him declining the refund. This is awful on his part. 

Also, he has the same skype chats for a refund from the previous "refund" he supposedly gave me. He's digging himself a hole. 

Hi. I pm'ed you Mikasa about this topic. Please look over knas's evidence. the second to last picture and the third picture. tell me whats wrong, i have screenied them for you and highlighted the area you should look at. 

 

Don't just trust my image though, look at his. Thank you for your time, good day and hopefully justice will be served accordingly. Scammers will go to all cost's to gain gp, but real life money is even more important at times.
