If they pay you first and you do the work.. Well you got payed before you did anything and didn't scam. I'd say that's a point for trustworthiness.

Agreed but not if it's a little amount like 100k. Even 500k is still only $1.50.... That's nothing.

Min feedback risk i.e. on another bot the min is like $1.

 

Something like that should be implemented. Or a completely different feedback system should be implemented where different types of feedback have different values based on risk, how well the trade went, manners etc.
