i generally use about every 3-5 hours get off for 7-45 mins 

Break for about 23 hours for every 24 hours you bot

I think not using the BreakHandler or not using breaks is one of the worst things you can do. I bot around 15 to 20 hours a day, sometimes only 10, differs from time to time.

My BreakHandler-settings: Bot around 45 minutes, then take 5 minute break.

I call them Super days, bot 48h sleep 24

Bot for an hour and break for 30 minutes, safe, not as much exp, but better then getting banned.
