Sadly, it is him.

IP from the Skype profile matched with his forum IP at one point.

Looking further into it, Meow's IP matched an account that had posted a phishing link, which was probably my fault, since I might not have checked the IP completely to see if any matched with the phishing account.

He had done things in the past and was placed in the twc section only to have it revoked a few days ago. Also funny to see that he's the first person to post in the thread.

Actually, I don't think I was super at the time, so I lacked the tools, and only had requested someone to IP ban the user.
