I made a payment of $10 to http://osbot.org/forum/user/61251-designer/, it's been over a week, and the request is still incomplete.

 

He stated that it would be completed within the evening of the purchase, however, he has failed to complete my request. I'd like to receive my payment back in full. I'm currently unable to file a dispute, due to the method used to provide the funds (Gift).

 

*I'm aware of his inability to produce, due to his job situation. However, I no longer require his services.

The user has been banned, he can appeal once he has refunded all of the users he has accepted a payment from. Sorry for your loss.
