I wouldn't suggest FragVPS, since they re-use the same IP's. I've seen people use them and get banned from people using those IP's before. Try: transip.eu, reasonable prices (first month only), constant support, I've used them for about 9 months now.

never do any VPS that affiliate themselves with Runescape as they can always log onto the VPS and take your stuff, frag has had many reports of them doing so

TunnelBear is really decent and really easy to set up.

i can run 3-4 bots with no lag on my computer.. while on soulsplit.. why use a vps lol
