You discredit @Maldesto too much...

He puts a lot of his own time and effort into OSBot and although you may disagree with some of his decisions, there's always a reasoning behind what he does.

Don't devaluate him based off what you see, as a lot of what he does is behind the scenes.

You forget  a lot of stuff I do is behind the scenes, same with the super mods, they handle most of the disputes and forum reports. I handle some, but not all. I am here to monitor the forums + make sure the staff team is doing their job. I also give my opinions and help out when needed or when I see fit. 

 

 

I'm sorry I'm not a kiss ass, and I never will be, bashing the staff in a public thread is against the rules and no site allows it. I wouldn't allow it against of staff members and I won't allow it towards me, especially when they are all ignorant and have no merit at all.

It is common sense, read the rules and follow them you won't get a warning point.

 

 

Taking threads public instead of using the pm button when you have a question about how something is handled is the difference between warning points and temporary bans.

Jordna has about 75% of my permissions, Smart and Mikasa about 30-50% as they are new to the staff team. They will get more as they are here longer.
