I like it  in the chat area because it can hold more information.

Depends what script, although I vote for the skill content to be held in the chat area considering it's got a larger space to fill.

That is obviously the best case, but if it was not and you had to choose one, which would it be.

Inventory, as long as you can still see the inventory (like Aeterna's AIO Fisher), chatbox is annoying as sometimes I'll be babysitting and chatting.
