Here's my short tutorial as to how to hack someone.

 

1) Go to Bob's Axes in Lumbridge

2) Buy a battleaxe/axe

 

3) Run to any PVP Zone, such as wilderness

 

4) Put your axe under "hack"

7) Start attacking people

 

8) Wait a few seconds...

 

 

 

You have officially hacked someone!
