A user paid $100 for the voucher & then sold it to Jessica, & then did a chargeback, so the voucher had been revoked from Jessica, resulting in the lose of $100 account credit

Yes, basically the guy purchased a 300 dollar voucher, which should raise eyebrows anyways. Especially since he was new and the first thing he did was that.
