What post are you trying to edit?

 

Can't you just highlight what you're trying to edit and delete?

Show me a screenie of the entire post box with all of the editing options and I'll tell you how to fix it. I'm on my phone so I can't take a screenie

Top left of the edit box is an eraser looking button. Click it and it should be fixed.

 

Unclick that.
