PiP's are a great idea to generate and motivate/ stimulate the business side of the community, HOWEVER, we really should focus more on commitment towards the client, it works yes, but we sure should be working towards more.

 

Maybe more threads & focus on the development of the client, more qaulity topics & threads about the future and current developments, i dont think im alone when i say, we are left out of the loop when it comes to the development of the website & its a progress (yes we get periodic updates, but nothing of substance), not just one thread, maybe a new letter? a list of deadlines WHICH ARE STRICT AND MAINTAINED, just a thought.

Now, these new donation ranks will mainly benefit the market, but in terms of where the money goes, it will benefit the ADMINS which will, inturn, be used for further development of the client (atleast, thats what i assume).

They arent malnourished kittens from New Zealand, throwing more money @ them wont motivate them to work any harder, it will actually do the oppsite unless we encourage development

Well in the case that they do need more money for a bigger, more expensive project, then this should only be beneficial.

 

You should also remember that osbot has other competitors (you know who im talking about, *cough* Mr T *cough*), so we are basically forced to constantly improve the bot itself. Otherwise, people would just move to other bots.

 

So don't worry, im sure the admins will use this for improvement
