Just log into the client (Your downloaded .jar file) and select either the free/premium scripts tabs; depending on if they were free or not. And select the script you wish to use. The Interval deviation is how much time it could vary. For example, if you have 45 minute average intervals and 30 minute interval deviation then botting periods will be anytime from 30-60 minutes.
