i got a question

I bought like a month ago a account from cinnamon

 

but after 1 week it got locked by jagex and he said that i should contact simon the original owner he bought it from

 

 

so he was reselling

 

now the account got locked agian today

 

and they are both not responding

 

 

my question is :

when u said he was reselling do you mean he was reselling the account that he sold you?

Give them around 24 hours to respond. I'm sure they will get to you.

 

If after that you still haven't received a response after contacting them both, feel free to open a dispute. They're both very trusted individuals and I know they'll work with you to get this resolved. Just have patience until they can get to that point. ^_^

Asking getting contact with the sellers would be your best bet.

But they won't respond so idk get a mod to talk to em?

Be patient with the two users, I doubt they've scammed you but they are both currently gone at this moment. Try your best to get in contact with @Simon as soon as possible since he is indeed the original owner and figure out with him how to resolve the situation. Hopefully this all is taken care of soon, just bear with them. If you are ignored for 24 hours consecutively feel free to open a dispute and I will handle it accordingly.

Simon and Cinnamon undoubtedly didn't scam you. They wouldn't lose all they've got for the small amount you probably paid for the account.

Try figuring it out with them and be patient you can always open a dispute later.
