I'd look away from alching, one of the biggest ways to lose money while gaining alching exp. (75-90k/hr)

You should:

Superheat Steel bars, and make cannonballs for much more profit; Profit (70-85k/hr); Not sure about smithing exp.

Making Teleport Tabs; Profit (got too 85 mage in less than 5 days with loads of profit.) (30kish/hr)

Cursing; Slower than alching, yet more cost efficient. (30-40k/hr)

Yew long bows if anything else.

Goodluck!

These are some great methods, but how can superheating steel bars and making cannonballs be a profit?

Coal 210gp + Iron 85gp = 295

Cannonballs sell for around 240

That's not including runes for the superheating as well.
